My Nana’s Chipotle Fish Tacos

Chipotle Fish Tacos

Ingredients

1/2 small yellow onion diced
1 fresh chopped jalapeño
2 cloves garlic
4 oz chipotle peppers
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lb white fish fillets
4 6 inch My Nana’s Bakery Fresh Tortillas

Directions

Fry diced onions in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Reduce to a medium heat, add chopped jalapeño and pressed garlic cloves and cook for approx 2 minutes.

Chop chipotle peppers and add them to pan.

Add butter, mayo and fish fillets to the pan.

Mix together and let cook on medium heat about 8 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.

Fill tortillas with taco mix and serve.
