2 (12-inch) My Nana’s Bakery Fresh Flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup shredded Turkey
¼ c. cranberry sauce
1 T. butter
Sprinkle 1/3 of the shredded Swiss cheese across one tortilla.
Spread shredded turkey evenly across same tortilla.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the shredded cheese over turkey.
Spread cranberry sauce previous layers.
Sprinkle remainder of the shredded cheese over cranberry sauce.
Top with second tortilla. Melt butter in a skillet, over medium heat. Add quesadilla and cover. Fry until golden brown then flip and recover.
Remove and let cool for a minute. Slice into wedges and enjoy with My Nana’s Salsa Fresca or Hot Sauce.
