My Nana’s “Best Tasting” Pigs in a Blanky

Makes:  4 Servings


4 My Nana’s 6” Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
4 Cooked Hot dogs
4 pieces of your favorite cheese (optional)
Ketchup, Mustard, and Bbq


Preheat toaster oven to 350.
Microwave the tortillas for 5-10 seconds (until it easily bends)
Tightly wrap a hot dog and cheese inside each tortilla.
Place in the toaster oven, directly on the rack, seam side down.  (You don’t need to use a toothpick or anything to hold the tortilla closed.  Just place it with the seam down and it will stay put).

Toast for 7-10 minutes until the tortilla is browned.
