Jalapeño & Bacon Tacos

My Nana’s Jalapeño & Bacon Tacos


4 jalapeños – diced
1/2 pound thick-cut smoked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 ounces shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Cotija cheese
8 (6 inch) My Nana’s Bakery Fresh tortillas
My Nana’s Salsa Fresca • Sour Cream


Roast or broil jalepeños and slice
Cook bacon in skillet
Toss cheeses together
Warm tortillas in skillet
Fill tortillas with jalepeños, bacon and cheese mix and fold in half as a taco
Place taco in skillet and press gently until cheese is melted
Top with My Nana’s Salsa Fresca and sour cream and serve.
