Reduce to a medium heat, add chopped jalapeño and pressed garlic cloves and cook for approx 2 minutes. Chop chipotle peppers and add them to pan. Add butter, mayo and fish fillets to the pan. Mix together and let cook on medium heat about 8 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked. Fill tortillas with taco mix and serve.
