Makes: 6 Tortillas | Total Time: 20 mins + 1hr optional chill time
12oz. (1.5 pkg) softened cream cheese
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 – 1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 package dried sweetened cranberries
6 My Nana’s Spinach Wraps
Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Mix well. Divide and spread cream cheese mixture evenly between six spinach tortillas. Roll tightly, wrap in clear plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.* To serve, cut into approximately 8 slices.
*NOTE* If you don’t have time to chill before slicing, never fear, these will be fine without the additional hour of chilling.
