1lb Medium Shrimp
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Ripe Avocado, Diced
12 My Nana’s Bakery Fresh Tortillas
2 Cups Lettuce, Shredded
1 Medium Tomatoes, Chopped
3/4 Cup of My Nana’s Salsa Fresca or Hot Sauce
In medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic and lime juice, toss to coat. In a large skillet over medium high heat add shrimp mixture, cook and stir for 2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Spoon shrimp mixture into My Nana’s Bakery Fresh Tortillas. Top with
lettuce, avocado, tomato and My Nana’s Salsa Fresca or Hot Sauce.
