My Nana’s Southwest Chicken Wrap Pinwheels

Makes:  10 Servings | Total Time: 70 mins + 1hr optional chill time


1 (8 ounce) package of regular cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup sour cream
5 ounces My Nana’s Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (like Lawry’s)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 green onions, thinly sliced
1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped olives
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
6 My Nana’s Chipotle Wraps or 5 Burrito Grande size flour tortillas


Use a mixer to combine cream cheese, sour cream, My Nana’s Hot Sauce and seasonings. Use a spoon to stir in cheese, green onions, olives and shredded chicken.

Divide mixture between wraps or tortillas, spreading out evenly leaving about a 1/2” border at the edge. Roll up tightly. Wrap rollups tightly in plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour or until ready to serve.

Remove from refrigerator and use a sharp knife to slip into 2” pieces.

Garnish platter with Green leaf lettuce.
