2 cups turkey
1 1/2 cups leftover stuffing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 10 oz cans Red Enchilada Sauce
8 (12-inch) My Nana’s Bakery Fresh Flour tortillas
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, stuffing and 1 cup of the cheese. Mix to combine.
Pour about 1/3 of one of the cans of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and coat bottom evenly.
Spread equal amounts of turkey mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll and place in the prepared dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and. Bake 20 minutes.
Top with cilantro.
